Shandee Amber was born and raised in the Washington D,C, area. It was where she developed a deep appreciation for the fine and performing arts, focusing on dancing and singing in her younger years. She attended Vanderbilt University where she majored in Computer Science and Mathematics, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Her pathway to painting has been unusual in that Shandee began exhibiting her artistic talents, designing and creating unique and beautiful cakes. That creativity was then transferred to canvas; and she has developed a distinctive skill and style, blending colors and evoking emotions with her artwork. |
