Michael White's Biography

American artist Michael White has earned international recognition as a painter, photographer, graphic artist, and event designer. From the glamour of Hollywood to the glitz of South Beach, his unique style and vision have transformed our visual landscape.White started designing event spaces in the 1980s using innovative special effects. His signature design talent has been in demand from Boca Raton, Denver, Dallas, Nashville, and all the way west to California, where he orchestrated major Hollywood parties and movie premiers. White used his creative genius to make each of these events come to life. One of the trademark effects that White utilized at all of his events was a special "Fairy Dust" which adorned each and every exciting space he created.

Today, this custom blend of crystal and European glass from the 80s has found a place in White's current body of acrylic paintings, limited editions, and custom furniture. He uses the unique blend to add elegance and richness to all of his latest compositions.

Even though White's skills as a premier event designer are still very much in demand, his artistic career is growing so much that, these days, he reserves his talents solely in the pursuit of painting, photography, and functional art.

Michael White is excited to make available to the public, for the first time ever, a series of deluxe, mixed-media, limited edition prints. These large-scale, crystal encrusted canvases evoke a sense of wonder and showcase his lifelong fascination with all that glitters. These limited edition crystal images are all about this artist's affinity for "faces and places" and his fascination with capturing the essence of great cities like New York, London, and Paris, and great icons like Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, and Elvis Presley.
