Israel Ziv was born in 1947 on the island of Cyprus. Presently, this artist resides and works in Israel where he is a member of the Israeli's Association of Painters and Sculptors. Ziv's paintings are brilliantly colored examples of abstract expressionism. His use of intense hues combined with a richly textured application results in strong and appealing landscapes and still-lifes. Ziv's works can be found in many public institutions and private collections throughout Israel and abroad. He has also exhibited his paintings in many one-man and group shows in Israel and he has participated at ArtExpo in the United States. |
