Luigi Guida's Biography

Luigi Guida was born in 1932, in the glorious city of Sorrento, Italy, where he still lives and works today. As a boy he showed a great talent for the arts and pursued his dream of painting the Italy he loves.

Guida's latest paintings are beautiful renditions of spectacular Venice with its narrow canals, arched bridges and cobbled walkways. His work displays his neo-impressionistic style with dappled waterways reflecting Venice's special light. He is also known for his Parisian views and typical parks and markets.

Guida has won numerous awards and prizes and his work is found in public and private collections.
